What we commit to
Honest advice
We give clients honest assessments of feasibility, timeline, and cost, and we recommend the solution that genuinely serves their needs. When the right answer is smaller or simpler than what was asked for, we say so.
Fair dealing
We set fair prices that reflect the value delivered, provide accurate estimates and transparent billing, and never charge hidden fees. We compete on the merits and do not disparage competitors.
Owning our mistakes
We acknowledge errors and deficiencies in our work, communicate them promptly, and correct them. Concealing a defect is a serious violation of our Code.
Confidentiality
Client information, data, and intellectual property are held in strict confidence and discussed only in necessary business contexts. Every employee and contractor is bound by written confidentiality obligations that survive the engagement.
No bribery or kickbacks
No one at Watkyn may offer, give, solicit, or accept anything of value intended to influence a business outcome, with clients, vendors, or government officials.
Conflicts disclosed
Team members must disclose any personal, financial, or outside interest that could compromise their judgment, including investments in clients or vendors, outside roles, and gifts or business courtesies.
Raising a concern
Anyone, inside or outside Watkyn, may raise a concern about our conduct by writing to [email protected]. Reports may be submitted without providing identifying information, and reports made in good faith are handled with discretion. Every concern is acknowledged, reviewed promptly, and investigated as appropriate. Where a concern involves the Principal or senior leadership, it may be directed to Watkyn’s President, who handles it in place of the Principal.
Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith, or who participates in an investigation, is strictly prohibited and is itself a violation of our Code.
During vendor review
This page is a summary. The full Code of Ethics is available to clients and prospective clients on request during vendor review, under NDA where appropriate, alongside our security documentation.
Code of Ethics last updated June 2026. Reviewed at least annually; reaffirmed by every team member quarterly.
